Go Forest Bathing

Forest bathing is a slow, guided sensory experience with nature that has proven physical and mental health benefits. Go Forest Bathing provides public and private forest bathing programs outdoors and indoors in Southwest Florida that are led by a Certified Forest Bathing Guide. Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, originated in Japan during the 1980s. Decades of research have shown that the practice can help reduce anxiety, stress and depression; improve cardiovascular and respiratory health; increase immunity; and other benefits.
