L'équipe Good'chanvre est née à partir d'un partenariat entre Eurochanvre et Agrosup Dijon. Nous sommes donc quatre jeunes pousses en troisième année d'études ingénieur agroalimentaire à Dijon ayant pour projet de créer une denrée alimentaire à base de graines de chanvre issue de l'industrie textile. Notre challenge a été de créer, à partir d'un ingrédient méconnu de la grande consommation, un produit délicieux, sain (nutriscore A) et éco-responsable !
