Good Place Therapy

I'm Kate Parkins MBACP, a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor. I offer a confidential space where you can put words to the things on your mind, find direction when it’s not clear, and consider your options for how things could be different. If we work together, you can expect our sessions to be warm, approachable, and jargon-free. When it comes down to it, counselling is about having a meaningful conversation about the things that are most important to you. I won’t tell you what to do, or make decisions for you. Counselling is all about helping you to unpick and overcome the things that are making you feel stuck. I’ll do a lot of listening and some gentle questioning, to help you voice the things on your mind and explore what’s important to you. I'm registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
