If we work together, you can expect our sessions to be warm, approachable, and jargon-free.
When it comes down to it, counselling is about having a meaningful conversation about the things that are most important to you.
I won’t tell you what to do, or make decisions for you. Counselling is all about helping you to unpick and overcome the things that are making you feel stuck. I’ll do a lot of listening and some gentle questioning, to help you voice the things on your mind and explore what’s important to you.
