RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Strengthening Organizational Capacity: Partnered with the DeKalb County Community Mental Health Board to facilitate collaborative decision-making, ensuring every diverse perspective was heard and valued through individual informational gathering calls and a facilitated board retreat. - Creating Leadership Programs: Spearheaded the Nonprofit Leadership Advisory Forum, serving over 40 participants and three networks in DuPage County and northwest Cook County. - Enhancing Youth Outcomes: Empowered middle school secretaries in continuous improvement efforts, and designed and implemented a strengths-based program, coaching staff to promote positive youth development for students.
