Bij Go Slow beweegt elke vrouw op haar eigen tempo. We stellen geen doelen in tijd of afstand. Het draait om (terug) bewegen. En blijven ademen.
Bij elke stap maak je je hoofd weer wat leger en rustiger.
Tijdens elke sessie gaat ieder haar eigen tempo en maken we tijd voor krachttraining, ademhalings- en ontspanningsoefeningen.
Als afstand en tijd er niet toe doen, kan je niet falen.
Ontspanning door inspanning, dat is het enige plan.
Geluksstofjes die gaan pieken en cortisol (stresshormoon) doen dalen.
