Since the graduation in Master of Science I have worked with managing development teams within mechanical applications, electronics, optics and software tools. With LEAN Production Philosophies as a back bone, he always try to help the customer to win business by focusing on finding the best solution for the customer and its end users. He gets inspired by meeting new companies and to help them solve their problems and challenges. And together with his experience and analytic skills he work with a lot of energy.
