We use CIA Tradecraft, Behavioral Psychology, and Hollywood Storytelling techniques to develop growth campaigns that achieve results. A short story to drive the point home: An exec named Jason approached us two years ago frustrated that he, along with dozens of others were chasing the same gov execs, saying the same things (Cloud, Agile, DevSecOps). We partnered with him, targeting key CIOs and Program Directors he wanted to influence. We dug deeply into their culture and pain points and created a series of videos that offered solutions (not marketing) to their biggest problems. We then used social media strategies to get the CIOs and Program Directors to watch the videos. Bottom line, when Jason went to his next conference, his competitors were chasing the CIO and Program Director. But a key change occurred. The CIO and the Program Director went out of their way to find Jason. They told him, “It’s like you work in our office…how did you know about our challenge to drive adoption?
