Governance Partners Yangon

Governance Partners Yangon (GPY), founded by a group of young professionals, is a Hong Kong-based non-profit initiative that aims at facilitating the capacity-building of civil service in Myanmar through connecting retired civil servants, academics, and professionals in Hong Kong with active civil servants in Yangon. We believe that Hong Kong as a hub for human capital - with some of the world's best professionals and efficient civil service - can potentially be able to bridge the capacity gap in governance and development in other neighbouring countries.
