GPF Holdings is pre seed Venture Capital Firm whose specialty is taking an imaginative idea and turning it into a positive cash flow business through our hands-on approach to businesses. We are currently based out of both the New York City and Philadelphia marketplaces. Three Buckets – As organizations matriculate through the GPF process they will choose from partial or full involvement in our three-bucket growth approach. Bucket one constitutes capitalization and funding, the second bucket is the growth and strategy, and the third bucket is corporate structure development. Focused Value – GPF’s ultimate goal is to help organizations successfully complete both seed and series A capital investment rounds; we then remain a consultative advocate of the business.
