Established in 2013 as the Board for Quality and Standards BQS as a joint committee to manage education and training quality and standards within signatory organizations.
In 2015 the BQS became an independent training organization under MBQS, offering services with focus on education, training, and project management.
In October 2018 the Board of Directors of the MBQS was restructured to become the GQS, and started operating in providing training, education, and consultancy in 34 fields known as the GQS Subject Categories.
In October 2019 the certifying body was upgraded to GQSAR – Global Quality & Standards Accreditation Registrar.
In January 2021 the GQS Subject Categories were increased from 34 to 39.
Learning Solutions
Providing program assessment, evaluation, to assure accountability through training and education mission, learning outcomes and assessment methods leading to accreditation, certification, and licensing to improve knowledge and learning management in 39 areas.
