GRACE is a community of refugees and refugee advocates committed to the progress, dignity, and inclusion of displaced people in the countries they now call home.
We are best known for the GRACE Clinic in Cuenca, Ecuador—an entirely refugee-staffed medical center offering free general medicine, pediatric care, dentistry, gynecology, optometry, and mental health services. Our network of coalition partners helps extend care by offering additional discounts and resources to our patients.
What sets GRACE apart is our core belief in the competence and leadership of refugees themselves. Refugees are not just recipients of aid—they are our doctors, our directors, our decision-makers. We seek out their input, elevate their voices, and build systems that reflect their agency.
