Gradum is a revolutionary youth soccer academy that combines traditional, subjective coaching techniques and theories with objective data analysis. The goal is the revolutionize the way youth soccer players are trained and evaluated by providing player-specific training programs based on relevant key performance indicators. Founded and managed by a staff with extensive playing and coaching credentials, including 2 retired professionals and some of the brightest young coaches on the east coast, Gradum seeks to take much of the traditional "guess work" out of training, recruiting, and coaching, and help build a stronger and move efficient soccer culture in the United States.
