Grant Dawe LLP is a corporate and commercial law firm which focuses on providing high-quality, pragmatic and effective legal advice at competitive prices. We advise every sort of business, from start-ups to listed companies. At the start-up and SME end we've recently advised companies on securing investment under both the Enterprise Investment Scheme and Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS and SEIS). The firm has developed from its core corporate base to a more broadly-based commercial practice (with expertise in media, sport, IT, leisure, telecoms and employment) and also with a litigation capability. We are based in London with an affiliated office in Dublin. We have strong connections with law firms throughout Europe and the USA. The firm was founded in 2006 by Tony Grant and Jonathan Dawe, who had previously worked as corporate lawyers in a major London-based international law firm. Both have worked overseas for that firm (Tony in the Far East and Jonathan in the Middle East).
