Established in 1997, the firm offered expert legal advice in a pragmatic, responsive and cost-effective way via its technology-focused practice areas: - Commercial technology (including outsourcing, cybersecurity and fintech); - Corporate (including venture capital, M&A, private equity and tax); - Data protection & privacy; - Employment and immigration; - Financial regulation; and - Intellectual property and technology disputes. On 29 January 2021 the Kemp Little team joined Deloitte Legal. As of 30 January 2021, Kemp Little ceased to operate as a firm of solicitors and practice law. From this date Kemp Little also ceased to be authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The legacy entity formerly called Kemp Little LLP (“Kemp Little”), is now re-named KL Heritage LLP (registered number OC300242). On 27 August 2021 KL Heritage was placed into Solvent Liquidation.
