Our HR health check is essentially an audit on your HR policies and practices, ensuring they are correct and up to date. This is a four-stage process where we identify the areas that need improved and produce a report on our findings and recommendations. Another project that we offer is ensuring that your HR standards are best practice. This often follows on from a health check and creates a solid foundation for HR activities.
