Great Western Studios

Great Western Studios is a creative community with studio and office spaces between 150 to 2600 sqft for rent in West London. It is made up of 155 studios, some of which overlook the Grand Union Canal. GWS is an inspirational work environment, where individuals and businesses can meet, network, and grow. We are the home to 120 mixed creative industries. Great Western Studios is in Northern Notting Hill, where Paddington meets Maida Vale. The studios are an urban contrast nestled between the Grand Union Canal and the Westway. Our facilities include but are not limited to the 24/7 access, bike racks, shower facilities, air conditioning, and on-site cafe.
