Greenham Business Park

Greenham Business Park is a 150-acre site located adjacent to the Berkshire market town of Newbury. As the largest strategic employment site in the area, the Park offers opportunities for all business types, whether they wish to let office space or develop their own properties. The site’s location offers easy access to the A34 and M4, has ample on-site parking and a subsidised shuttle bus to the town. Surrounded by 750 acres of common heathland, it provides a unique environment for people to work. Greenham Business Park is a three-time winner of the Queen’s Award for Sustainable Development. The Park is owned and managed by Greenham Common Trust, a charity that has donated over £35m to local causes.
