Greenhouse Workspace

The Greenhouse Workspace is a shared office development & event space centrally located along the Lafitte Greenway near Carrollton Avenue at 4157 St. Louis Street. We encompass 10,000 square feet in a renovated historic warehouse and an adjacent new building. Situated between the historic and new structures, the Greenhouse features a landscaped courtyard with an outdoor conference table, built in seating and native plants. Designed around the principles of biophilic design, the Greenhouse is a Botanical Work and Event Space that provides extensive interior and exterior landscaping to create a healthier and more productive environment for members and guests.
