About Greenleaf Care Services
Greenleaf Care Services is a nationally registered NDIS provider. We provide Support Coordination, Plan management, SIL, Respite, Medium Term & other Accommodations, outreach support, in-home support and group based programs and activities. Proudly a values based organisation, ensuring our values of Quality, Person Centred, Innovative Thinking, Excellence & Collaboration are implemented with all services and interactions. We proudly offer three types of residential services - Short Term Accommodation (respite), Supported Independent Living (SIL) & Supported Transition Accommodation. As well as residential services, we offer in-home support and community based support. Also provide Support coordination & Plan management. We have the capacity to taking on new clients in Canberra, Goulburn, Hunter Valley & Southeast Queensland.
