Founded in 2016, I-Help Disability Services has grown from delivering core supports in Melbourne’s north to offering Supported Independent Living (SIL) across Melbourne and expanding into Queensland. Today, we support participants with a wide range of needs, including complex mental health conditions and high physical support requirements.

We offer 24/7 on-site and on-call support and expert clinical care delivered by registered nurses. Our Clinical Care and Accommodation teams support participants transitioning into SIL homes, ensuring coordinated care at every stage.
Our holistic pairing approach matches participants with compatible support workers and housemates, helping to create positive relationships and stable living environments.
I-Help currently has several SIL and SDA properties with vacancies and is actively seeking co-tenants. We also have the capacity to establish and provide SIL supports in both SIL and SDA settings across various regions in Victoria and Queensland.
