Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to Gretex Industries Private Limited‘ vide special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company in their meeting held on January 22,2013 and fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on February 7, 2013.
