Gridbase emerged from a simple observation: despite advances in technology, assets and devices installed throughout buildings remain highly fragmented, largely disconnected, and quite inefficient overall. This results in an environment that is very difficult to manage. Our single pane of glass enables our customers to centrally manage their portfolio of facilities using our geospatial intelligence platform purpose built for complex commercial real estate. Gridbase provides facility operators 3D floorplans (supporting CAD, PDF, and/or Paper inputs); helps visualize and manage all critical assets from an intuitive interface; and, integrates distributed systems (e.g., access control, cctv, environmental sensors, etc.) into a single platform. Beyond superb observability, and manual remote management of integrated devices, Gridbase's Smart Workflow feature brings conditional / policy-driven automation for automatically managing important recurring and ad-hoc operations.
