Grief Me Light is a non-profit organization in Hong Kong dedicated to providing psychological support to individuals who have experienced grief and promoting life and death education to the public. Last year, we directly benefited 650 people.
念念不亡 Grief Me Light 是一個由中大心理學系學生及畢業生創立的非牟利機構，成員亦來自港大、浸大。當中以哀傷和生死為主題，並以心理學為基礎，旨在成為哀傷人士的同行者，以及生死教育的倡議者。
面對摯愛離世時，除了哀傷，更可能會感到無助，不知如何處理複雜的情緒。而生死議題在社會上仍被不少人視為禁忌，也甚少被年輕一代談論。所以，我們希望透過網上平台，為大眾提供哀傷心理教育及生死教育，並喚起年輕社群的興趣。
此外，念念不亡亦舉辦各項推廣生死教育的活動，當中包括墳場導賞團、講 座、表達藝術治療工作坊、一人一故事劇場、遺書體驗工作坊等。希望讓大眾沉澱人生的意義，學習珍惜當下，由此「以死看生」。
