GroHomes is the designer and builder of energy-efficient, economical housing that adjust to the needs of homeowners. If their financial or family situation evolves, they can expand their home with the patented GroHomes Sequential Building System.

Our panelized walls are made from light-gauge steel studs that are themselves 100% recyclable and produce almost no on-site waste.
Ranging from 400 ft² (37.2 m²) to 1200 ft² (111.5 m²) units, GroHomes create green, repositionable, and open spaces. They are fully ADA-compliant.
