At Grounded Pottery we produce Irish made Travel Mugs, our aim is to move society towards a more sustainable culture by offering a handmade reusable pottery cup that can last a lifetime if cared for. All designs are inspired by nature, and the colours we see around us in the sea and on the land. Each one of our ceramic cups are one of their kind and unique because they are made by hand. Our cups can also be personalised with names, text or brand colours to give a travel cup that is completely unique, a portable, functional piece of art! The travel mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, and ceramics will never absorb residue from the liquids it holds and therefore you won’t experience a taint or odour from your over time. We see that customers who’ve bought from us ‘Feel the Difference’ of using a handcrafted ceramic cup, ‘Make a Difference’ to the planet by avoiding single use, add to the circular economy by supporting a local Irish business, and save a few cent in some shops or cafes who offer a ‘reusable cup discount’ and they are ‘Proud to Bring their own’ while inspiring others around them to do the same. We operate our business as sustainably as possible, reusing materials during the making process, as well as packaging - some of which is salvaged, reused and any new packaging is plastic free, raw kraft and recyclable. With the introduction of the latte levy later in 2022, customers will also save 20c per takeaway coffee with an Irish Made Travel Mug.
