About the Founders:
Phil White and Heidi Schoeneck founded Grounded in 2018 after spending more than two decades each working for the biggest brands at some of the world’s largest agencies. They most desired to create a place where smart thinking inspires ideas and partnerships that not only sell, but make the world greater, too.
