Individually, our specialty is substance use, trauma and leadership development. Steve Carleton, our founder, has been a professor in the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work teaching therapy and practice standards since 2017. Additionally, Steve was a therapist and leader at the Department of Veterans Affairs for a decade. Our philosophy is to blend a wide range of therapies catered to your individual needs. Our overarching goal is to help people find direction and get their life headed in a better direction.
