Additionally, with the new port and road projects that are being developed to bring Urabá closer to the great productive centers of the country and the world, we project the area with a high potential for industrial, institutional and demographic growth, which will demand large projects at the national level. housing, education, institutions and public services. From the real estate sector with Zona Franca de Urabá (Urabá Free Zone) and Business Center Building Santamaría, and the investment of projects like the Clinic Panamericana of Urabá (the first hospital center of medium and high complexity in the region), our investment line is oriented towards Social Responsibility and the development of the region.
