The Giotto can be used as a screening tool to minimize the risk of fraud and other counterproductive work behaviour. It is typically applied in the selection process. Giotto, as a development tool, is used to identify character strengths and weaknesses, which can then be addressed through coaching and staff development programs.
We are also the African distributor of Pearson's Which Career For Me assessment and online career development program (powered by Motiva). This comprehensive program can be used in coaching students and working professionals through career selection, management and development.
In addition to providing access to the Giotto and Which Career For Me (WCFM) assessment products, we also offer accreditation training in the effective and ethical use of these tools as part of professional practice.
