Striving to elevate the potential gaming has and working to help improve the industry, we’ve launched campaigns that shed light on the issues women in gaming face, we were the first non-football team to join Stormzy's initiative MerkyFC, and we source and nurture grassroots gamers through our academy programme helping them grow into esports champions.

Dedicated development and training programmes offer our academy players chances to follow a ‘path to pro’ route. We implement the strongest education and safeguarding programmes through our Guild College, helping support those entering the industry.
We also support parents to better understand the career potential the sector has, running education and upskilling sessions, aiming to make gaming an inclusive, safe space for all.
