Gulf Coast Partnership

Over the last several years, residents in Southwest Florida have witnessed remarkable change. There has been a new collaborative movement among human service providers, non-profits, government, faith-based, and community activists who have come together to support new ideas for solving some of our toughest problems. A new era in innovative programs and services have been developed to assist those recovering from economic recession, targeting families and individuals who are looking for a way out of homelessness. Southwest Florida is a community committed to permanent change, leading homeless and extremely low-income households to sustainability. At the forefront of these collaborations is the Gulf Coast Partnership through innovation, collaboration, capacity building, partnership, and technology, we bring service programs together, while focusing limited community resources on the most vulnerable populations living in the community.
