About Humanitarian Aid Coordination Headquarters at the Odessa Regional Military Administration
The Coordination Humanitarian Headquarters of the Odessa Regional Military Administration was established to: - collect and process information on the needs of the population (including temporarily displaced persons); - search for donors (domestic and foreign) to provide humanitarian assistance; - organization of logistics, warehousing, control and distribution of humanitarian aid between districts and communities; - ensuring coordination between the humanitarian headquarters of districts and communities, authorities and local governments, military command, volunteers.
