The primary objectives of Global Women’s Business and Leadership Council (GWBLC) are to: Advocate for Policy Reform: Drive the adoption and implementation of gender-responsive policies and legislation across nations to promote equal opportunities and eliminate discriminatory practices in business and leadership. Foster Global Networking and Collaboration: Cultivate a worldwide network of women leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations to facilitate mentorship, knowledge exchange, and collaborative initiatives that transcend geographical boundaries. Enhance Access to Funding and Resources: Increase women's access to capital, financial literacy programs, and business development resources on a global scale, empowering them to launch and scale sustainable enterprises. Promote Women's Leadership Development: Design and deliver globally relevant leadership training, executive development programs, and skill-building workshops tailored to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women in diverse cultural contexts. Champion Gender Diversity and Inclusion: Encourage and support organizations worldwide in implementing inclusive practices and achieving gender balance at all levels, from entry-level positions to executive boards. Conduct and Disseminate Global Research: Undertake and share impactful research on the economic and social benefits of women's leadership and entrepreneurship to inform policy decisions and promote evidence-based interventions. Empower Women in Emerging Economies: Implement targeted programs and initiatives to support and uplift women entrepreneurs and leaders in developing countries, fostering economic empowerment and social mobility.
