I help institutions capitalize on transformational moments to grow and evolve. With expertise in a wide variety of categories—from operations to revenue strategy to board management—I specialize in projects that span institutions and get everyone working toward a common goal. I’ve worked in non-profits for two decades and most recently served as Vice President for Planning and Strategy at the Art Institute of Chicago. In that role, I led projects that spanned the museum, ranging from reopening the museum during COVID to overhauling the exhibition planning process to overseeing the development of a strategic plan. “Other duties as assigned” was my sweet spot. Since then, I’ve helped organizations like the Whitney Museum of American Art prepare to meet current and future challenges. I thrive in ambiguous moments and expertly navigate change, and I care deeply about the success of non-profits.
