Hammersmith Structures is the Northern Colorado custom home builder and general contractor that takes the anxiety out of the home building process, making it fearless. We are based in Fort Collins, Colorado, but we’ve built custom homes in Loveland, Timnath, Windsor, Estes Park, and other communities throughout Northern Colorado. With more than 20 years in the home-building business, we have created a niche for our company in the design-build of luxury custom homes and extensive (think: move out of the house while we’re working) residential remodels. Frequently, the custom projects we take on involve some complex aspect in the design or architecture that makes other home builders shy away. An indoor pool, a net-zero energy home with a geothermal system, a full-sized gym, a two-story waterfall that drops magically into a koi pond in the basement. We revel in these opportunities, and they resulted in unique homes that their owners love.
