Pehlivanoğlu Şirketler Grubu, gıda perakendeciliği yapmak üzere ilk mağazasını 18.09.1980 tarihinde Ege'nin incisi İzmir ilimizin Üçkuyular semtinde açarak tüketiciyle buluştu.
Kuruluş amacı o günlerde tüketicinin ihtiyaçlarına en hızlı ve en pratik çözümleri üretebilmekti. 1990 yılına kadar 5 şubesi ile verimli çalışmayı hedefleyen kurucular, 1990 yılı ve sonrasında şube sayısı arttırılarak yaygın büyüme modeli benimsemiş ve ana iş kolu olan Gıda sektörünün yanı sıra İnşaat, Turizm, Bilgi İşlem, Özel Güvenlik, Ambalaj, Makine, Depoculuk, Taşıma, Sigorta Acenteliği gibi farklı sektörlerde de yaptığı atılımcı girişimlerle çalışmaya başlamıştır.
Pehlivanoğlu Şirketler Grubu, bugün itibariyle Ege bölgesi ve çevresinde, 1.800'e yakın personeliyle bölgenin en seçkin kuruluşlarından birisi haline gelmiştir.
