Happy Mind Training

At Happy Mind Training we develop and deliver effective research-based training programmes designed to enhance cognitive skills and promote well being in children. Our training games will exercise your child’s mind as well as their body, whilst also being fun and engaging! Enhancing cognitive skills such as memory or numeracy, and introducing children to yoga will provide them with the strategies they need to increase their level of autonomy, independence and self-regulation. More importantly, all our programmes offer stimulating learning experiences focused on the strengths and needs of children. Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic research and everyday educational practice. We want to bring research-based training programmes into daily life in order to obtain the best results and promote well being in children. In light of this, our goal is to make educational research findings accessible and suitable to everyone.
