HappyMinds envisions a burnout-free world where everyone can fully embrace neurodiversity! We start this by helping people with ADHD (and even without) improve their subjective well-being through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and learning content about Life, Strengths, and ADHD. As a starting point, the founder focuses on providing workshops for ADHDers, students, and early to mid-level professionals to help them gain clarity on what truly brings them happiness and how they can leverage it to gain focus and thrive in their lives.
