HapticHeart Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2022 by CEO Christopher Lee and Mount Sinai Cardiologist Dr. Stuart Schecter with the support of NLC Health Ventures. The company is pioneering an innovative wearable haptic feedback technology designed to translate physiological and physical signals from systems in the EP/cath lab or operating room into actionable touch and force feedback. This feedback has been shown to improve motor reaction times and free up visual attentional resources, enhancing procedural precision. Our flagship product, a Haptic Wearable System, provides real-time tactile feedback to operators performing catheter-based, minimally invasive, and robotic procedures. This technology is procedure and technology agnostic, offering a versatile solution that can be applied across a variety of medical disciplines. By integrating sense of touch feedback into these procedures, we aim to shorten learning curves, enhance safety, improve efficiency, and ultimately deliver better patient outcomes.
