About HARMI-microbiomes

Libérer le potentiel inexploité des plus petits organismes vivants afin de résoudre certains des plus grands défis actuels. C’est l’objectif du projet HARMI (Harnessing Microbiomes for Sustainable Development), financé par le plan d’investissement France 2030. Porté par l’UBFC, il rassemble plus de 250 chercheurs en Bourgogne Franche-Comté de l’université de Bourgogne, de l’université de Franche-Comté, de l’Institut Agro Dijon, d’organismes nationaux de recherche (INRAE et CNRS) et des CHU de Besançon et de Dijon. Pour une transformation de la recherche, HARMI favorise des collaborations innovantes et interdisciplinaires entre ces partenaires et avec les entreprises autour de 4 axes : - Ecologie et dynamique spatio-temporelle des communautés microbiennes - Interactions hôte-microbe - Gestion des communautés microbiennes pour la durabilité et la fourniture de service - Biotechnologies microbiennes. This is the aim of the HARMI (Harnessing Microbiomes for Sustainable Development) project, supported by the France 2030 funding program. Driven by UBFC, it brings together more than 250 researchers in Bourgogne Franche-Comté and promotes innovative, interdisciplinary research in 4 areas: ecology and spatio-temporal dynamics of microbial communities; host-microbe interactions; management of microbial communities for sustainability and service delivery and microbial biotechnology.
