Harmony Counselling

Harmony Counselling is a group private practice that provides counselling and psychotherapy services for adults, children, youth and their families. We also offer school consultation and support. Our goal at Harmony Counselling Services is to help your family to re-gain harmony and wellness. We provide individualized treatment for children, youth, and parents when children exhibit social and emotional challenges and problematic behaviour. Our family-centered philosophy addresses your family difficulties with understanding and patience, and guides you in the right direction to create lasting change within your family.The therapeutic approaches and interventions utilized in our practice are evidence-based and are modified or compiled depending on the needs of our clients to ensure that receives the best treatment to improve relationships, behaviours and academic performance. Our therapy specialties include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behaviour Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Social Skills Training, Strength-based Approach, Play Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, among other approaches.
