Harmony Community Development Corporation was established as a 501 (c) 3 is non profit in 2001 by Concord Church. Our core purpose is to positively impact our community providing resources, social services, and programs. We serve South Oak Cliff area of Dallas, TX with added concentration in the southern sector suburbs, including Cedar Hill, Desoto, Duncanville and Lancaster.
Harmony Empowered Living Program (H.E.L.P.) is a self-sufficiency program designed to reach individuals in a cohort group, ages 18 to 45, who are unemployed or underemployed. Our end goal is to support program participants to achieve career success, economic mobility and livable wages.
