The Harrogate BID is a business-led organisation, based in the Harrogate town cente, working for the benefit of businesses in the BID area.
A BID is not a substitute for central or local government investment, but an additional investment to strengthen the local economy and give local businesses a unified voice, helping to provide an arena for businesses and local authorities to increase their understanding of each other’s priorities.
Ultimately, the aim is to maximise a destination and empower local businesses to tackle local issues. Money is raised locally, invested locally, and managed locally. It is a powerful voice for local business to shape our town.
