HartingEAP legally known as Harting Associates, Inc. (HAI) was established in July 1979. Its major focus is providing EAP Software to over 200 EAPs throughout the world. From 1979 through 1986, HartingEAP set up 20 Alcohol Drug Treatment Units. Jim has set up 4 EAPs in the U.S. and still provides EAP services in Illinois.
In 1985 HartingEAP developed and began selling EAP software. In these last 32 years it has consulted with over 500 EAPs throughout the world on their EAP Software. In 2015 HAI purchased Medcomp Software, Inc.’s Premier EAP Software and 20/20 EAP Software. HartingEAP now has active contracts with over 250 EAPs throughout the world covering Regional EAPs, Fortune 500 EAPs, Health System EAPs, University EAPs, Small EAPs, large Medical Center EAPs and EAPs in Federal, State, County and City governments.
