HaSalon comes to New York from Chef Eyal Shani, a renowned Israeli chef with over 50 restaurants and counting worldwide. As the group's signature restaurant, HaSalon offers a tranquil fine dining experience during the early part of the evening, with a later seating that builds in energy until the dining room is transformed into a full-blown celebration of life and food.
Our kitchen specializes in fresh, seasonal vegetables alongside homemade pasta, homemade bread, a variety of seafood, and unique meat dishes designed to share.
