Haus Talk, Inc. (HTI) is a residential real estate developer whose projects are based in Antipolo City, Laguna, Cavite and Metro Manila.
Organized in 2004, HTI is run by the Madlambayan family, all of ten siblings. In just 14 years, HTI has become one of the top residential developers in its regions, driven by quality and competitively-priced residential projects, and ever-growing reach in attractive locations. HTI prides itself in its strategic planning, timely construction and delivery of projects. Its offerings have consistently performed well in the mid-market and economic markets: they sell out usually within months after being opened to the market, with the demand surpassing the supply regularly.
To date, HTI has completed ten (10) developments, and currently has four (4) ongoing projects in various stages in development. There are also three (3) newly launched projects, now undergoing land development and preselling of units. Several projects are being planned within HTI’s strongholds, and new sites within and outside Luzon.
HTI has two wholly owned subsidiaries namely Tradition Homes, Inc. and Lifestyle Development Corporation.
To grow its portfolio exponentially, in its bid to help more Filipinos own affordable yet quality homes, HTI became the first company to list on the Philippine Stock Exchange in 2022. It raised P750 million from its initial public offering (IPO).
