HBL ICT Shared Services is hosted by NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) and supports seven partner organisations and a wide range of customers in the healthcare sector.
HBL ICT aspires to be the IT service provider of choice in the healthcare industry; Thinking Differently by IT Design and working in Partnership with you.
We deliver cost effective services which embrace technology innovations from the industry to improve business operations and patient outcomes, in accordance to regulatory authorities.
HBL ICT support over 14000 end users across our partnership organisations and customer base. Our partners include 2 Integrated Care Boards, 1 Mental Health Foundation Trust and 1 Community Trust. Our customers include GPs, Hospices, Acute Trusts, AQPs, Pharmacies and Dentists.
We recognise the critical contribution of ICT solutions & services towards the business continuity of our customers and health outcomes for patients. Supporting day to day business needs and working closely with our Partners and Customer to provide strategic direction to improve business operations and patient outcomes.
