1st/2nd Line engineer• Responsible for first line and second line support for all PC and network faults across the trust. • Analyse and troubleshoot a wide range of faults reported by staff of all levels using various remote login tools.• Provide advice and guidance on use of software packages throughout the Trust. To prioritise faults and other IT work in line with SLA’s and liaising with the Support Team Manager where required. • Help to configure various NHS programs inc Medway, Anglia ICE, Health Roster, RIO and JAC.• Contributed in re-imaging and configuring 100 laptops for the use of RIO in the community.• Responsible for configuring all iPads for the trust with Apple Configurator, AD and AirWatch.• Providing 2nd & 3rd Line support for all 1900 iPads around the trust including all community sites using Active Directory.• Weekly Ward Walk rounds to assist clinicians with their day-to-day issues including Pharmacy, Maternity and all clinics.
