Infrastructure Engineer 3Rd Line
Current- Promoted from a Remote Technician (2nd Line) to a Infrastructure Engineer (3rd Line) within 11 months of joining.
- Provide 2nd line support to all customers by identifying, researching and resolving all technical problems within a given SLA on Windows 7 &10 PC’s and Laptops.
- Provision all Android, iPhone and iPad’s via Airwatch
- Successfully, install various NHS patient care programs inc. Systm One & Paris
- All tickets are logged via Service Now
- At busy time I help out on the service desk, answering phone calls and Live Chats
