We’re transforming the workforce with evidence-based training in belonging, fairness and healthy communication. We provide courses and workshops for individuals and companies so they can implement workplace culture changes inside their organizations. Our model is designed so that a growing number of facilitators can perform this work and empower their colleagues to do the same. Our paid work also enables us to serve nonprofits with the same needs but less budget to address them.
