Our mission is to Heal the community, Move the conversation towards a healthier direction, and Shift the stigma away from pressing cardiovascular, nutritional, and mental health concerns. We implement creative and active engagement with Detroit and Ann Arbor communities through conversations and seminars with high school students to instigate conversation, instill self-confidence, and implement self-care methods throughout student communities.
